Ship World File Starbounder
An extra post for the smaller mods. Installation & troubleshooting rules still apply. Default Food PatcherAdds the fattening effects of Big Fatties’ food to vanilla food items too.(3.2 KB)Edit: Has been added to Big Fatties itself!Update: Now with stacking food, rotting disabled, and a rapidly ending “Well Fed” effect, just for all you gluttons out there.Update 2: With Big Fatties 0.5.1 the “Well Fed” effect is now the most filling effect for the digestion badge. I toned it down, to make it more tolerable, especially for casual characters.(4.1 KB)The Big Fatties food items have no direct food value (for survival & hardcore characters) to themselves, but fill up the food meter via different effects.I ran a script over all vanilla food items, giving them their fatty effect level based on their food value, and reduced that food value to have the total be the same as before.Feel free to suggest changing the fattening degrees of certain items. On request I can create alternative versions with the whole range of items shifted one way or the other. This is in the hands of Dispatch, now. There is a secret food item in vanilla Starbound: Using the item name ‘pizza’ you can spawn in a whole pizza, nourishing enough to fill the hunger bar twice!
It can’t be crafted, it won’t show up naturally, you can only spawn it in via command. The description reads “A whole pizza! Are you going to eat all that?”. You probably willIt is also the only item I added the “Butter Ball” effect to. Food Description FixFor those using the, this mod fixes the “Unknown effect” entries in Big Fatties’ foods (and those touched by the Food Patcher above).(666 Bytes)The effect titles can be freely changed without altering Big Fatties itself.
Feel free to suggest alternatives. Fattening Staff ZonesAdds a new effect zone for staffs: The fattening zone. It does what is says on the tin.(34.8 KB)The effect is a bit weak (barely a weight class for the digestion badge during the whole duration), but I’m open for suggestions.is a recolored repulsion zone. Spriters are welcome to draw their own zone textures and PM me. Functional Weight ScalesSimply adds weight scales that tell you something that could be your weight.(2.8 KB)Interact to get your weight. There are versions for kb and lbs, both available at the Big Fatties store.

Finally, the scales are configured as NPC toys, so NPCs will step on and weigh themselves occasionally. Fat FloatsAdds a buoyancy factor to the different weight stages. First you sink slower, later you really float.(603 Bytes)The effects start at “Chubby”, and at “Extra Plump” you achieve neutral buoyancy (neither sinking, nor drifting up).Note that these effects are only added to the glutton badges (both versions), not the weight-specific badges. Also note that there is no way to sink faster (or at all if you start floating). The swimming animation is borked too, but that’s Starbound’s fault. Hello, I’m having problems with all of the expansions (Expanding Clothes, Default Food and Fattening Staff Zones) - they simply don’t do anything, and in case with first one it also breaks whole Glutton badge system for me (badges don’t work, neither on me or on NPCs). Now, I understand that the problem might be caused not by your mod, but, first of all, when I disable Expanding Clothes Expansion, Glutton badges start to work again, and second, I still can’t explain why won’t other two expansions work.
Starbound Shipworld File
Hello! As you may have read in our, the newest stable update saw the ‘home planet’ feature replaced by planet bookmarks and direct teleporters. This meant that existing characters would lose track of their home planets, as they’d no longer have the ‘home’ marker. But never fear! Ideally you’d have written down your planet’s coordinates, but either way your home planet still exists and is intact and you can find it using the following method.:)Elite Space Hobo from our community beat us to posting a guide, which you can find. Find your universe folder. Typically, it should be located in SteamLibrarySteamAppscommonStarboundgiraffestorageuniverse.
Right click - sort files by date last modified. If your planet’s been heavily customized/built upon, it should be one of the larger files. If you visit it frequently, it should also be one of the most recent. “What do all these numbers mean?!” World files with names like: 270617314-21340418812.world mean that you’ve visited a planet with the coordinates X -270623995 Y -279217314.
Put the coordinates into your ship’s computer and hopefully, voila! Planet located!
If not, try some of the other planets in your universe folder. Now that you’ve found your home planet, don’t forget to create a bookmark.:)I hope this proves helpful! We’ll be posting our daily progress update later, as usual. See you then!
